I very long never went for training due to my leg... doctor says my ligament torn, cannot move about too much, my ligament torn was on the day I went for my grading ( jan 2006 grading) was practising my pattern then I forgot to do warm up ..

argh.. is over.. my leg is alright le, but just worried that my injury will come back, then past few days don't kow why my running nose kinda came back, i'm currently on medication this mdeication is to help my running nose, cos iin the past whenever i get up I will blow my nose using lots of tissues and the mucus is as if flowing out like a pipe being burst and water keeps flowing non stop.
past few days I was busy visting this shop, it sells lots of stuffs or even all kinds of stuffs, i say a few candles, tlike those I gave to ling and xin xin but those candles I've seen are quite special and the price is reasonable hope to buy a few so I can light up my room.. haha.. can't wait to go ice man's place this wednesday on 8 march as he is gonna celebrate his birthdya and I suppose I gonna do some filming.. too.. as I never touched my video cam for quite some time le..
since the day i rboke up with him and IA pacth with him, i realised that outside my doorstep, there are lots of stars in the sky, whenever i see them, i'll make a wish, hmm.. friends i wonder if you all have notice lots of stars out there lately?
